  1. Enrollment: To enroll in a course at Thespian Heights Academy, you must complete the registration process and pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to anyone for any reason.
  2. Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are due in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. Payment plans may be available and will be subject to additional terms and conditions.
  3. Cancellation and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
    • Full refunds are provided if you cancel your enrollment more than 30 days before the course start date.
    • A 50% refund is provided if you cancel between 14 and 30 days before the course start date.
    • No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date.
    • Thespian Heights Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
  4. Course Materials: All course materials provided by Thespian Heights Academy are the intellectual property of THA or its licensors and are for your personal use only. You may not distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from these materials without our express written consent.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of our website or services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Thespian Heights Academy website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent. This includes but is not limited to course materials, website design, logos, and branding.
